Personalized Development Programs

We have created specific programs to help you leverage our capabilities to your benefit and specifically address these areas of need. Note that each of the programs below can be done at a reduced cost by setting up a program with more than one skater participating. In these cases, the cost is divided among the participants.

• In the skill progression program, skaters are working to develop good habits within each of their key skill areas (skating, shooting, puckhandling, and passing) and to ingrain them, so they can be executed at game-speed.
• We recommend coming once per week for an hour each time. 
• Approximate Monthly Cost for a One on One program – $465

• This program is for more advanced players that have developed high quality habits in their skill areas and can rely on them even when they cannot concentrate on them specifically. At that point, we can use our training tools to push the multitasking challenge just beyond the comfort zone in order to progressively make these skills more robust and dynamic.
• We recommend coming once per week for an hour each time.
• Approximate Monthly Cost for a One on One program – $465

• Stride Maintenance is for advanced players who have a lot of hockey development time on the schedule already, but would like to make sure there is consistent attention to keeping high quality skating mechanics. Leverage the rich real-time feedback of our skating treadmill set up to guarantee each skater’s stride doesn’t get off track.
• We recommend coming once per month for 45 minutes each time.
• Approximate Monthly Cost for a One on One program – $81

• Our shooting program is for any player who wants to improve their shot. In addition to lessons with us we can help players get the most out of time spent shooting at home as well.
• We recommend coming once per week for 45-minutes each time.
• Approximate Monthly Cost for a One on One program – $350

• The puckhandling program provides lessons for players who need to develop control, deception, and quickness while handling the puck. It can include content for enhancing practice done at home as well.
• We recommend coming once per week for 45-minutes each time.
• Approximate Monthly Cost for a One on One program – $350

Are none of the program templates above a perfect fit for you? If you are looking for a mixture of two or more of the concepts above, we can do that! Use the “Request a Session” feature under “Contact” in the menu above to set up a trial session to get a feel for the training we provide and we can plan a program based on that experience.

The effective pricing on these programs is based on Private Lesson pricing (which is $108 per hour if you commit to 5 or more hours). As usual, if you want to do these programs in a group of 2, 3, or 4, that can be done and results in splitting up the lesson fee among the participants.
