A typical Competitive Edge off-ice training session runs for 90 minutes and consists of three 30-minute training stations. And that’s the only thing typical about it.

At Competitive Edge, we specialize in offering customized small group, team and 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 training programs. We work with you to prepare the best developmental plan for your skills, abilities, level and goals.

Not only that, we provide flexible scheduling; sign up for a time that works best for you.

Our programs reinforce quality repetitions through individualized professional instruction (even in small group and team settings) within a positive and challenging environment.

Typical Sessions Include:

Crossover Flywheel

The Flywheel, paired with individual instruction from our quality trainers, elicits intense skill development challenges and learning opportunities for a players skating technique. Learn more about the Crossover Flywheel and all the benefits it offers.

Bullet Treadmill

Review our FAQs Page

It is very helpful, if you aren’t overly familiar with Competitive Edge training, to review our FAQs page in advance of your next session.  One of our specific FAQs pages offers a guide to putting on the Safety Harness for the Bullet Treadmill and Crossover Flywheel.  Reviewing this allows you to do this yourself before your session, maximizing time during the session that will be used for training.
